John BOYD was a sea captain, sailing out of Philadelphia, PA in the late 1790s - early 1800s. No record of John exists after 1803. His children are later found in Bristol Borough, Bucks County, PA. Son, John, married Susan YARDLEY. Daughter, Mary Ann, married Horatio Nelson BOSTWICK. Who was John Boyd? Where was he from? Who was he married to? Did they have more than the two children? How and when did he meet his demise? All questions that I'd love to answer!.
