Digital State Archives - New Jersey
NJ gets a huge thumbs-up for one of the best of the online state archives. There are some terrific family history tools, dating back to Colonial days, and even a very unusual (and very useful) database of legal name changes recorded in the state. If you want to see what a good online archive looks like, check out New Jersey.
