Digital State Archives - Indiana
Indiana's digital archives are a surprisingly rich source of family history information. Along with familiar records, like military service, veterans lists, prisoners, city directories, and the like, the site also includes a lot of materials not often seen in genealogy work. For instance, the archives includes a list of children in specialty schools, and Negro and Mulatto County Registers. These are valuable resources for those whose family tree has branches in the heartland.
