Each card has been formatted to contain the following information: full name; birthdate; death date; burial place including state, county, and town; name of cemetery; service and additional facts (such as rank, name of company and/or regiment, place of birth etc.); and call number of book where the information was found at the BYU Library.

Collection of index card listing the burial place of Revolutionary veterans who are buried in Maine or Massachusetts. Birth, death, and burial information on each individual as well as which unit they served is included on each card. Supplemental information is found on some cards, like spouse and date and place of marriage. Several of these individuals were buried in other states and their burial places reported by DAR members in these states.
