Ordnance Survey Ireland - National Mapping Agency
Ordnance Survey Ireland's mandate is to provide three main map services in the State. These are detailed large scale maps at 1:1000 scale in urban areas and 1:2500 and 1:5000 scale in rural areas; and the Discovery Series of tourist mapping at 1:50000 scale. These map series are created from base data, which also support a number of derivative products, including atlases and guides, and other products and services tailored to the needs of customers.
