One of the goals in the formation of the World CHAMBERLAIN Genealogical Society (WCGS) was the creation of a membership-friendly organization that would enhance the exchange of information and experiences associated with the study of a common surname. Based on Thomas Callihan who settled in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, USA, in what is now West St Clair Township in 1785.
