LAMSON LAMPSON LAMBSON LAMPTON LAMBTON The Lamson DNA Project is seeking male participants interested in testing their Y chromosome DNA to help determine the relationship between the various families. Any spelling variations of the name throughout the world and especially in the the United Kingdom is welcomed as are participants of the National Geographic Society's Genographic Project. The Project will accept testing from a variety of labs with the ultimate goal of obtaining at least 36 markers as that places the common ancestor of two people matching within genealogical time. Scholarships may be available under certain cirmcumstances.
