Family Historian Zoom Group

A group for users of the Family Historian software, with regular meetings via zoom to discus and learn how to use the program. Recordings are made for the benefit of members unable to attend the live sessions. A small donation is requested to cover running costs.

Metro New York Computers and Genealogy Group

The MetroNY Genealogy & Computers Special Interest Group (SIG) began as a joint effort of the New York PC Users Group, the New York Macintosh User Group and the NY Metro Area PAF Users Group. Founder David M. Kleiman led the group for 20+ years, educating both new and experienced genealogists on the use of technology for their research. In the last few years, GENSIG has welcomed a new relationship with the New York Genealogical & Biographical Society. Meetings are hosted at their offices in midtown Manhattan.
