Miller of the 101 Ranch in Bliss (Marland), Oklahoma invited cowboys that had ridden the Chisholm and other cattle trails to a rodeo at the 101 Ranch. While assembled the men decided to form the CSCPA, a social and fraternal organization, and meet every year on Labor Day weekend.
