The Luxembourg-Banat Database has emerged as a continuation of the work on the neglected Luxembourgish participation in the Eastern Colonization of Europe and can help genealogists determine the origin of their forefathers. The Luxembourg-Banat Database contains information on the immigration of Tyrolian craftsmen and merchants to Luxembourg and their participation through secondary emigration to he colonization of the Banat (ex.
