Joiner History Room

Located in the DeKalb County History Center, Sycamore, Illinois. "Between 1926 and 1976 a father and son team held the office of DeKalb County Clerk. Earle Joiner from 1926-1956 and Ralph Joiner from 1956-1976. It was Ralph's dream that the old records and other memorabilia scattered throughout the Courthouse could find a new, permanent home. He tagged numerous items with notes to "save for museum"."
