The collection contains tax assessment rolls for the following districts: Honolulu, N. Kona, Niihau, Kauai, Waimae, Kaui, Koolau, Hanalei, Koloa, S. Kohala, N. Kohala, Koolauloa, Kau, Hilo, Puni, Lanai, Molokai, Maui, Waialua, Koolaupoko, Waianae, and Ewa. The records are in the Hawaiian language. Digital capture of the original records was performed and is stored at the Hawaii State Archives in Honolulu, Hawaii.
