No More Late Fees at SDL!
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you miss the due date on library materials by a little bit. So now you have a grace period! Just return your items before they are 7 days overdue. (Plus most of our items will automatically renew if no one else is waiting for them.)
Since it’s still important that we get our items back so others in the community can use them, fines for damaged, lost, and unreturned items will still be charged.
New drive-through Holds Pickup Window!
SDL’s new drive-through Holds Pickup Window is now open! If you would like to pick up your requested material at the window, select “Holds Pickup Window” instead of “Main Desk” as your pickup location when placing your hold.
Please note that ETC Collection items, wifi hotspots, MeLCat materials, and craft kits cannot be picked up at the Holds Pickup Window.
Holds Pickup Window Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:30 am – 8:30 pm
Friday – Saturday: 10:30 am – 4:30 pm
Sunday: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
1000 Books Before Kindergarten
1000 Books Before Kindergarten encourages reading to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers! Sign up and track your reading online and earn a beautiful book for every 100 books you read to your child by the time they reach Kindergarten. This program is generously supported by the Friends of the Library.
