I have known about this book for some time but haven't been able to locate it. When I did find it, it was too expensive and a used book filled my quest.

For anyone doing geneology searches for German ancestors from Russia, this is the most complete study possible, with many lists of German settlers to the Volga and Black Sea areas and census of the different German-Russian colonies. Lists of surnames, origins in Germany, spouses, children, where settled in Russia, etc. Volume II is mainly Black Sea settlers, Volume I includes most German-Russian settlements.
